Symposium
Continuing education is
available for the following professions:
Food Service Sanitation
Certification (FSSMC) Instructors (9 hours approved)
- You must sign in at the CEU table both days
- Complete a scan form, which must be turned in
before the end of the conference to the CEU table.
Food Service Sanitation Certified Managers (6
hours approved)
- You must sign in at the CEU table both days

IL Licensed Environmental Health Practitioners (9
hours approved)
You must sign in at the CEU table both days.
*CEU Certificates for LEHP's will be mailed to you.
GENERAL CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Everyone will get a certificate of attendance that will
be available at the end of the conference tomorrow. If
you are not staying for the entire conference, stop by
the registration desk to pick up your certificate.
